    Dear Ross, I’m undergoing through the final stages of an extremely painful breakup with my girlfriend. In fact it was so bad that its affecting my body with colds and sore throats. So all day all I do is meditate with mindfullness and equanimity trusting that this will end sometime. I’m in no shape or mood to go out sarging but I want to really get out of this slump. Sometimes I watch a movie or exercise but thats about it. But I’m not regular with the exercise either. Don’t get me wrong, I used to be quite disciplined before this happened! Do u think I’m on the right track or should I be doing something more? I tried to sarge but I really think my energy is not right at this time!

    I went through a break up with similar results, it went on for a month and I wasn’t even getting turned on by women.
    Give it time and it will pass.

    What the guy above me said, I kind of think is pretty much whats going to have to happen. Just a little bit of time 🙂 But I’d like to hear Ross’ take on it.

    I just went through the same thing. I have friends that are NLP practitioners that helped me a bit, but in the end, FOR ME, it was just a tiny bit of time that took the cake.

    I assumed it would only be 2-3 weeks, it was more. About 4-5. The feelings got less and less as time went on. It passed. I did not feel like Sarging or calling up any of the other girls that I know love me, so I did not. It was smart.

    All of a sudden it was completely released while I was dreaming….I dreamed the girl had 400 extra pounds of weight on her, like she was this big fatty fatty fat fat pink pig, with her face on the body, and she was wearing a clown nose…. chasing me…oinking at me…In the dream I was running away from her laughing and pretending to throw ‘holy water’ at her (which was just regular water btw) while yelling between laughs “DIE DEVIL WOMEN! GO AWAY! RUN! BE FREEEEEE FROM THE DEVILS GRIP!” I woke up with the largest shit-eating grin on my face and bursted out laughing. Went out that night, felt on, shot craps, won everyone tons of money, took a girl to a Hookah Lounge and fingered her. I was still left with some mean ol’ blue balls, but hey man, some is better then none right! hahaha

    I believe, and this is just me talking, this is the PERFECT TIME TO REALLY WORK ON YOURSELF. Keep working out. Surround yourself with positive things on book, audio, video and in person. Get back to basics. Maybe try going out with the guys and just having a good time and focus solely on that. Helped me immensely. But everyone is different. Know thy self.

    @JC Thank you very much. The visualization seems to have captured my imagination as well! I’m getting much better and you have given me a new way to thik about the situation when you said this could even be the best time for me to work on myself! If this isnt true brotherhood, i don’t know what is! And a big thanks to Ross for creating opportunities like this.

    Once again Ross, your inner game material is great stuff…..May I mention another (rather obvious, yet often overlooked dimension to approach and rapport with women)….. GET PHYSICALLY HEALTHY !!!

    Yep, that’s it. Eat well, do challenging cardio at least 4 times a week min., (see your doctor first) and loose the dope and the booze (not to mention the 20 pounds)
    This will sharpen your mind and confidence a thousand percent whilst allowing Ross’s material to come forth naturally from your sub conscious.

    If your at a bar (try make it a not so noisy one)and some girl you are hitting on says, “how come your not drinking” You can just say, with with that all knowing smirk and playfully pointing that water bottle at her and say… “Because I don’t need to be drunk to realise how hot you are tonight” ….at that point, you may want to just turn your body language away and order her a water.

    Being pysically fit and being patient using Ross,s material will work. but with anything you want to get good at , you have to do it a
    lot. So get the ‘study at home’..vs’… ‘approaching actual girls’ ratio right. Meaning, spend more time going out and MEETING GIRLS, whilst zinging from that heroic workout you did a few hours ago.
