I’ve recently finished the Power of Now, and like Sam, I would definitely urge anyone reading this now to get this book. The ideas it teaches, like ‘witnessing the mind’ and accepting the present fully are gold. I have found that I have become more ‘present’ in my body, not allow things out of my control to bother me, and generally feel happier. I was a bit offput at first how it was classified under ‘spiritual’ on Amazon, but given that my friends viewed it so highly i went it with an open mind and it is literally the best book i’ve ever read.
& while we’re on that kinda topic, learning about NLP (through our RJ in the Game and fastseduction i believe), was the best thing that could have ever happened to me, enabling me to clean the crap out my mind and view life more positively
p.s. Ross, can you imagine feeling fine about letting us download these Viddler videos for viewing at our leisure on portable devices? That would be great if possible as it would allow your aspiring students to remind themselves of you anywhere, any time!
