She was walking away from me so I just walked up until I was next to her and walking at her speed, looked over to her then said "Excuse me, forgive the interruption, it's just that I wanted to compliment you... (pause) I think you look... (paused - smile) absolutely breathtaking and that outfit looks gorgeous on you (compliment her style choices since she obviously put a lot of time into looking good that day) This worked and soon I was walking along talking with her like old friends while guys around us were looking on in disbelief.
