Dear Ross,

I wanted to let you know how I’m getting on with SS.. it’s just awesome.  I’m 44 and first came across your material about 18 months ago after which I gradually started getting familiar with the concept of patterns.  Then I attended your London seminar in August 2010 which was dynamite.  Since then I joined your coaching program and downloaded all the vids and ama calls.

Before I could work through all of the material I tried out a few things with incredible success.  The affirmations, cube and twin brothers were enough to bed a 30 yo old friend of a friend on a business trip to Singapore who I ended up spending the week with after a group night out led to coffee at her place at her invitation. Saw her again in London.  Then I went to New York in November on a personal trip and on the first day met a gorgeous 22 yo modern dancer waiting for the subway on the way home at night.  That was an observation followed by a situational put on and then straight into eliciting values about her dancing passion which got her really animated.  We got on the subway together and she suggested we get beers from a deli somewhere…and I ended up spending a week at her place (cancelled my hotel after 2 days).  I spent many years in New York and never achieved something like that while feeling so in control.

After getting back to London I whizzed through the rest of the vids and ama calls and patterns in ‘total immersion’ and plan to start going out sarging regularly to practice approaches, commands, suggestions etc. to master the material. I’ve had some fun cards made up with my number. Random approaches have been great like a 20 yo Swedish hb10+ on the tube, a 30 yo very pretty Asian chick on the tube, various girls at bars, a gorgeous girl I met at a seminar who gave me her card after after asking about her ideal vacation and doing a demo, even though she has her ‘horse circling her cube’.

While I’ve always been generally comfortable with women I know it’s your inner game stuff and fun patterns which allow me to have ‘game’, balance and choice when it comes to women now.  As an example of the old me, earlier this year I met a really cute 30 yo Russian girl in Moscow but I had no game except indifference to the outcome and it took me 5-6 meet ups including numerous walks in the park, cocktails and two dinners to get intimate in London (although it was two weeks of crazy hot stuff). Now I know I could have bypassed all of that.

To say I’m super excited about 2011 would be a gross understatement.  Your program is also helping me in business big time but that’s another story.  I admire the fact that you have so much passion for your work, and that your material is so powerful, precise and consistent.  There’s no question Ross you are truly inspirational, an incredible teacher and the master!

One of the things that makes your Seduction Language work well is your state.  If you are in a relaxed, alert, grounded state, with a fun and playful attitude, you will open up the receptivity of women and they will be in a place of wanting to respond.

In classical hypnosis, a big part of the study of the art is not just what you say, but creating response potential.

Now there are many things that create response potential and receptivity to being seduced.  But for the purposes of this lecture, I want to cover just one of them: YOUR STATE.

“State” Defined

I define state as a combination of:

1. Your physiology.  Meaning how you are breathing, the state of tension or relaxation in your musculature, your posture, your movement, your overall sense of alertness(example: being well rested and well fed as opposed to hungry and tired).

2. The direction of your attention.  Are you focused inward, on your internal dialog? Or are you focused outward, paying attention to the situation and the woman in front of you?

3. Your beliefs about what is possible. If you believe that you are going to fail no matter what you do, or that all women are just bitches and nothing will work then you are going to block yourself. If you believe that it’s possible that you can get much better results and that women are open to being seduced, you will naturally be in a more able place.

4. Your attitude.  This is similar to your beliefs but a bit different. Attitude is basically the meaning frame you put around what you are doing. If your meaning is, “I’ve got to make this work” or “This had better work” it is going to tighten you up and screw up what you put out.  A better attitude is to create a fun learning frame: “Let’s go have some fun and see what I can do in the world with this person”.

5. Your vibe. For lack of a better definition, I’ll define vibe as the overall “atmosphere” of emotion-based feeling you feel in your body, that in turn creates an “atmosphere” of feeling that the woman you are with will feel.

Changing Physiology

When students come to me for private coaching or are in seminar, I look to see what is the one element that can best get real change and leverage for them.

While I can help with each of the 5 elements above, often times it is a simple change in physiology that helps most.

Here’s The Formula

Improve breathing—->improve physiology—->improve state——>increase and improve a woman’s desire to be seduced and receptivity to your seduction language.

So here is a little assignment for you to assist you in creating a better physiology, which will in turn lead to a better state, which in turn will lead to women being more receptive to your seductive language.

1. Stand up.

2. Put your hand on your chest.

3. Inhale so that your chest pushes your hand outward.

4. Exhale so your hand moves inward with your chest.

5. Repeat 10 times.

Now we are going to switch breathing deeply into the belly

1. Remain standing.

2. Put your hand on your lower belly, between your belly button and your pubic area.

3. Inhale while pushing your belly out so your hand moves outward.  See if you can keep your belly soft while you do this. Don’t tighten the muscles.  Breathe into a soft belly.

4. Exhale by pulling your belly inward so your hand moves inward.

5. Repeat 10 times.

By learning to breathe into your belly you will create a more calm, centered, focused state.
