Ross, I just wanted to say thank you for putting out all of this helpful info. It is a bit expensive, but it is well worth the price.
I remember back in the late 90's I found an article about you in Penthouse or some similar magazine… I ordered your BHSC and it made a huge difference in my life. Since then, there have been a lot of other gurus popping up, and I have even met a few of them, but their info never seemed as good.
