I met this woman at this international event of expatriates now living in the United States.
I walked right up to her and said, “You’re far and away the most attractive woman here. I figured out what better way to start your evening and mine than to come over and say hello.”
She burst out laughing. We begin talking. I pull her out of the crowd and into a more quiet area and tell her I do hypnosis. Now I’m looking at her lips.
Her: “I have this fear of talking to doctors. Can you cure me of my fear?”
Me: “I don’t want you as a client. You’re way too attractive. I’d be thinking about getting with you the whole time.”
Her: (giggling and blushing)
Me: (continuing) “I’ll tell you what. I will cure your fear in about 20 minutes. Then you’re going to buy me dinner. We’re going to go out. You’re going to open your mind to being utterly charmed and being totally into me.”
Her: (laughing again) “Okay!”
At that moment, I didn’t know what was going to happen. She just knew I didn’t want her as a client. I wasn’t framing it that way. She was essentially being open to being hypnotized. That much I knew.
My point:
Push To Be As Outrageous As You Can.
You’ll Look Back On It And Be Happy
That You Did.
Now is not the time to be conservative.
Now is the time to think, “F@@k. I’m getting this wired. I’m just going to keep going for it.”
The women are waiting. What in the name of Dawn’s dungarees are you waiting FOR?

About 99% of the time, yes. I think you’re referring to Implied Compliments which are usually the preferred method.
I guess in this situation however, mentioning looks is acceptable, yes?
Among many things I appreciate about you is that you do not start off by saying what guys do wrong or we are doing wrong. I used to get emails from someone else in the “PUA community” who would say all the things guys do wrong and even word it so it “sounds” like the PUA person is speaking directly to the reader, they do not say how to do it write, they just want to order stuff. What disservice?? That meadow muffin screwed me up until I began reviewing your material and attended the seminar. You give real-life examples, and tell the audience how, and even why its done. That’s the way a superhero should do it. In addition, this SS stuff works in every aspect of business because one must influence people. It even works on people who think they have a strong will because as you point out, people don’t really have a will. One just needs to learn how to get past their mental meadow muffin; you have the tools to get the job done quickly. Its really funny to how faces change using SS. Thank you!
P.S. I often quote an old man from my old neighborhood named “old man Ross.” I like the one about “wanting my daughter to be with a man that knows how to treat her.” That one drops many “clothesmindedness” 🙂

Always a pleasure to hear from you. Love the use of phonological ambiguity there.
Just like I teach about making it seem like an innocent conversation and having her feel it was all HER Idea, it’s the same way with teaching. The student is far more likely to take action when they are NOT criticized for being “wrong” but ARE encouraged to feel that taking action is their own idea.
If I do this 2-day event in late June / early July in LA, can I get a pre-confirming HELL YES? Would love to see you there.
