The Blurt Out works great when you are in a situation that involves the woman walking past you while you are either stationary or walking in the other direct.
The other advantage of the Blurt Out is that it involves very little investment in your part. If she doesn’t turn around or come back to talk to you, you’ve lost zero.

I used to do this for years and stopped doing it when I got kind of down on myself. Thanks for reminding me. I will personally attest that it works, especially when delivered in a light-hearted manner with a friendly smile. It sets you apart. Girls love it… and it's fun. It's nice to give compliments. We spend too much time in this life criticizing each other (negs suck!). Why not just throw out a quick compliment with no strings attached? Another thing is IT'S EASY! If you're walking through a mall, you can deliver this maybe 50 times in a couple hours. I guarantee you it will spark at least a couple conversations. If it doesn't (which it won't, it will), then you've brightened the day of 50 people. That's a good feeling.

Mellow out. Do some cleansing exercize, meditation, and prayer. You brought this stuff on yourself. You weren't reflecting positive energy and thus brought negative connections. If you want to get better, focus on bringing light into yourself instead of focusing on the negative.
