Seriously… are you keeping journals to help you chart your progress from Average Frustrated Chump (AFC) to powerful master of your girl-getting game who confidently approaches, attracts, and succeeds with women who you truly desire?
Many times, I give students the assignment of keeping two seduction journals – one for Sarging and one for watching your language and your meditation. Both are critically important. Each impacts the other, and you’ll be amazed the power you find from going back and re-reading them months, even years later.
So to illustrate, I thought I’d dip into my own seduction journals (I’ve got four of them sitting right next to me and I THOUGHT I’d grabbed the little one with the Green Lantern illustrated cover!).
Opening up one of the seduction journals, I come to some affirmations/thoughts I wrote down in 2005 that I’d like to share with you now as they are as relevant and powerful today as they were then:
- I don’t chase.
- I use what THEY give me.
- I prepare myself for what I want and desire.
- I understand and utilize ALL my knowledge, insight and skills.
- I do what works to my benefit and avoid what works to my harm.
- I use my Will.
- The language doesn’t create a thing; it merely brings to the surface the processes, fantasies, emotions and drives that are already bubbling beneath the surface. My aim is to AWAKEN, not INSTALL. What is already vibrating with desire in them BEFORE they see me in resonance to my energy and their own internal drives, processes and fantasies, looping unconsciously and occasionally bubbling up spontaneously.
- Once awakened, externalize to symbol, gesture, physical object, voice, link to me, and amplify ONLY AS NEEDED. (Avoid overkill and popping heads to entertain me/get off on the power).
- My moment of power is NOW. NOW is my moment of opportunity.
- The spark inside of me – who I am – is already inherently attractive to any woman who is capable of getting/receiving it.

This is amazing! I was just writing in my journal how far I have come along because of all the journaling I’ve done! I lived out Ross’ affirmation #2 (I use what THEY give me)in the field because I was very careful to note in my journal things she had said previuosly, and then used it at a later date!
Seems like the seeds of what you´re teaching today…
My tonality is not the best and I still stumble over my words when I talk to girls but I’ve come a long way from the wordless mute I was three years ago — A lot of that progress has come from writing down and organizing the material in your blogs paul.
Paul, can i have a digital diary instead of a hand-written?
@Ektor I STRONGLY urge you to hand write your journal. Something about writing engages the neurology much better and makes it more real to the unconscious mind.
I never found in the model of SS the idea that mind categories are way of thinking and not qualities of being (Kant is the smart one); she is the one who chases and she must put me in the right category of her mind at the beginning of the interaction, that’s all I do, believe me it’s more than enough

It’s very cool of you to share your personal journal like that.
I’ve found when I language it like, “I’d like to get to know the person wrapped up in all the pretty. What steps can we take to make that happen?” Women respond so much better than my first PUA=wannabe David Dickangelo, ” Can I ask you a question? Are you single? Can I have your number”. It’s like women are saying unconsciously-wow at least this guy doesn’t act like a total idiot by using things like “what steps can we take to make this happen?”
You have made my life so much better than therapy ever did. I went up to a 10 blonde 20 y/o at my gym, she was being hit on by other guys but they’d small talk/joke about her workout routine as opposed to boldly telling her why they were communicating. I tried a borefriend destroyer, “If he’s not with you in the way you truly want him to be, then maybe we owe it to ourselves to talk”. She goes, “He would’nt like that very much”. I go, “Whatever. Listen it was nice talking to you today. Enjoy the rest of your workout”. At least I had the balls to approach her unlike, all those other guys who were gawking at her.
I agree not to get stuck on any woman but, there’s this Alyssa Milano looking Italian waitress chick I’m nuts about. She says “Hi” to me when I’m not her customer but, how I long to close her to open her.
At the end of the day, I like the bellas the best.

Wow..thanks for the kind words. Sometimes therapy CAN help with deeper issues, as long as it is something like Cognitive Behavior Therapy or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, which I often recommend to my students who have deep thinking disorders that are fucking up their entire lives. For something like post-traumatic stress, I suggest EMDR or a hypnotherapist is is ALSO a licensed psychologist, clinical social worker, etc.
DO NOT GO TO A “CH.T”. They are generally people who have gone through a six month training program from some Hypnosis Institute, and they have no professional licensing, ethics, standards etc.
I love the ballsy approach. Play with the waitress. Do the 5 Questions Game from Neil Strauss’ The Game. That works nice to get the ball rolling. Or use my Snack Quiz or Roller/Folder/Tosser.

I committed to writing *something* every day this year. Sometimes it isn’t much and some days it’s several pages, but it has made a difference in keeping me focused and a resource for getting me back in the mindset after work or other distractions.
Funny thing is, I think the actual writing is the biggest benefit because it forces me to encode my experience in a format that I can work with logically to make more sense of it than just a jumble of emotional memories.

I noticed/remembered affirmations begin with ‘You’ and these start ‘I’ ‘Me’ and ‘My’ – Are all 10 of these thoughts general attitudes most useful to have before Affirmations? Or as Affirmations themselves? What I really mean to ask is How can these be used in the most effective way now so they can be locked in and make them permanent? With Me, I’ve been still practicing Unstoppable Confidence tapes.
