    This is very cool, Ross.

    I've long said “It's impossible to think yourself sane.” Instead one has to focus on reprogramming feelings and responses and using that as a framework for your thinking to adapt.

    I'd love to know more about the logic behind this particular grounding exercise. Why the bending of the knees?

    My friend who is a Psychologist who works in a mental hospital in Pasadena used this technique today on a patient who was having a panic attack and it worked. Ross is onto something.
