Very good blog, I thought… I find that I am somehow addicted to those old feelings and that makes it hard to give them up! I am addicted to the stories and the emotional feelings they create in me.

However, they no longer serve me and only cause suffering now. Inertia they certainly have!

Look forward to the next instalments…

Good blog it got me to thinking that Indeed I too had (and occasionally still have) those feelings, I but i find in a
weird way they give me strength. Maybe its just me but when I feel a negative emotion like being stuck, or frustration instead of being steamrolled and defeated by it, my natural tendency is to utilize it. Frustration for example sends my sense of humor utterly through the roof. Humor and Frustration have a good synergy (at least the do for me) I’m willing to entertain the possibility that every negative emotion has a good trait it can be “synergized” with, these feelings are a part of you why not find a way turn them to your advantage thats what i say.

    Ross,

Thanks. You really give away much to much on this blog. And I have figured it out. It isn’t just about women. It’s about getting more out of the totality of your life.

    And women.

    Thanks…

That’s what leaves your “competitors” way behind, by making it so obvious how the core of the mind works, instead of just listing few ‘punch-lines’.

    Peace, health and love,

“Witness consciousness” DAMN that’s exactly what I’ve been working on since the beginning of the year! Allowed me some nice breakthroughs after a lot of work intercepting those thoughts and emotions.

    Great video, RJ.

    Nice video, Ross!

It surprises me that more people don’t realize awareness and clarity are key to the process of change, regardless of what you are trying to change.

I had been meditating for years before I came to Speed Seduction… but NYIG and Shinzen Young have allowed me to take my practice to whole new levels!

Thank you for all that you do!

    keep smiling,
