I’ve been feeling that way this week, considered writing to you about what happened to make everything slide. Your ideas seem pretty accurate. I’ve ruminated too much, that’s why I’ve found approaching so tough in the past. Need to learn to stop.

Rob45840, just reload the page once or twice and that should bring up the video. And, don’t be such a sour puss! Ross puts out more value in his teachings than anyone out there in the seduction community. Hands down!

Great and compact definition of depression!!! It really gives a clear idea of the sequence. Feeling out of control, not being able to extract meaning nor learning from things, even though trying, and finally dwelling on things. And then, the two major processes that cause depression, feeling of being outside of life and ruminating.

I could assume braking any part of the cycle could help.

When one is seing things from the outside, just happening, without having any control, the mindset actually shuts the mental landscape from any solutions. It is a model that keeps on repeating itself, as the mind works, it tends to do what it has been doing before, unless something strong disrupts it and gives new influences. Then of course the new stuff needs to win the old stuff, little by little, so it really has to have impact.

The suggested change of viewpoint sounds good, and in my understanding is a big part of speed seduction. Determining one’s own path, walking like a giant, instead of letting the life / other people walk on you.

Hi Ross, nice video though it was a little short nearly 30seconds. Yeah would be interested to hear you speak on the subject for about 5 minutes nothing too lengthy though.
I seen a few videos of you i think with Louis and you got some serious skill and talent.

    Hi RJ,

    What happened to this video?
I am a student of yours. I came to see you in 2010 and your change work changed my life.
I am now going through hard times and have been severely depressed.
I want to come see you again but funds are limited.

    Thanks, Geoff
