Pretty good, actualy this responds to a question I made to you on the last free phone marathon, when I asked about some rituals you could suggest. I remember your answer that time was “JUST PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!” which is a great answer too… But I loved this stuff, realy simple, extremely powerfull… thanx a lot

Awesome, not only what you provide us guys but the way you do it. Each of your videos is a lesson in physical and verbal presentation. It is no wonder that a lot of us guys memorize what you say and the way you say it. There are just no other mentors out with your level of congruence and authenticity. Check this out. I quietly sit down behind four girls during a class lecture. Using a soft quiet Ross Jeffries tone of voice, I repeated the BonusTranceInduction from your Starter Kit. Then I said “are you looking for a new boyfriend?” All four of those girls started nodding their bobble heads. They didn’t even turn to see what I look like. Scary good.

Excellent advice. Women seem to be very aware how others perceive them while guys are usually oblivious, as if they were wearing an invisibility cloak so it didn’t matter. lol

I have found there to be a critical difference between rehearsing or doing a ritual beforehand and ignoring it. If I ignore it, more often than not I have found myself to behave and think in old patterns that just don’t serve me.

It’s very important to condition myself consciously so subconsciously I’m present, in the “now” (as Eckhart Tolle would say), instead of re-enacting my past awkward adolescent years.

    Cheers!

Absolutely true on so many levels, Matt.

I think this might be a nice tool for me to include in today’s sarges. My pre game warm up has latterly been to try to take care of my state getting shot to shit my first couple of sets. I call them bombing runs! But after I push through and my social muscle is all stretched out I’m good to start main event.

I think rehearsal is a very powerful tool. I use it in a different way though. Please keep going.

Excellent idea. In (PLUG DELETED BY RJ) I suggested that guys actually ‘rehearse’ a date before they go on it, it actually cancels out any moments of awkward silence before they occur. I also noticed I got more laughs in my stand-up routines when I read them into a recorder first and then played them back…

I really like the part where you imagine seeing yourself through her eyes and feeling a warmth in heart and saying to yourself “This guy is hot” 😉
I’ve never heard about picturing success not only through my eyes but also through the eyes of the other person i’m about to deal with…
This is a breakthrough stuff for me.
    Thanks a lot Ross!
