You are starting to get too esoteric with this post. Come back to us Ross – you are loosing your groundedness!!!

    Ross,

You have surpassed yourself this time in my opinion and have given me an inner glimpse of all that spirituality you used to pass off as bullshit. If you weren’t a guru of seduction, you would be seducing sinners from a pulpit or on top of a hill with both arms stretched out as you passionately deliver your sermon.

Seriously, what you have said is valuable but for some guys or people in life who live by the rules of bad experience will testify, it’s easier said than done. If someone has real fear or an aversion to do something and even when they summon up the courage to take the plunge and learn from the experience, the inner feelings of fear and irrational consciousness rear their ugly asses and screw things up and make the healing or the growth process a whole lot longer and more painful. In my opinion real change happens when a person decides to put enthusiastic energy into solving, growing and healing, whether it’s a painful process or not. There does come a time when we need to say, enough is enough, we can’t take anymore of this painful shit and life has to change. And this is what I believe you are referring to.

Beautiful. Maybe the word it’s “cojones” (balls) and not “cajones”? Cheers 🙂

Deep, man. Was it Christina who got you in the Zen groove? Or is this more Advaita Vedanta?

It makes a little bit of sense, but not much really. Where’s the tunnel at the end of the light?

@alex womaniser Haven’t you seen that video where Ross is handing out slices of cheese in the streets, asking people if they’ve accepted cheeses?

“would say: when you feel shame or lack of worth, ask, “inside of this, how much is a true view of the impermanence of life? And from the part of me that is already taking part in the Everlasting, how can I transmute, purify and redirect as energy for my growth and my vision, all of what used be felt energetically as shame and lack of worth?”

Sure, and then I get 72 virgins in paradise.
How about just being plain ol’ CONSTRUCTIVE? This vague mystic shit is just confusing– that’s how religion works, i.e. confusing people into believing whatever bullshit they tell you. That’s what gave us 9/11, i.a. 19 guys who were so horny and confused that they crashed 2 planes just to get laid in the afterlife, since they couldn’t get any on Earth.

@Brian: Why not put away that broad brush and try thinking instead of reacting? Spirituality is not the same thing as religion – and Ross isn’t forcing you to believe anything, nor telling you to hate anyone. See the difference?

Fanaticism is what causes people to see others as less than human, and justifies murder in that way. Your way of thinking – the immediate jumping to black/white, right/wrong, us/them scenarios – is a lot closer to fanaticism than anything Ross has said above. You might want to think about that for a bit.

That’s not to say that I agree (or disagree) with him. I simply found your polemic offensive as a response to someone who is genuinely trying to help people.
