great video….I like the fact you go against conventional ideas. How many times have I read in the media or elsewhere about “low self esteem”…you name and describe something it comes to life

What’s tragic is that almost everywhere, punishing people for mistakes programs people to amplify them . This behavioristic nonsense is ingrained thru the school system. People end up having to submit to “authority figures” …people have less control and they just become stupider

I think a lot of self-improvement programs fall short by not teaching you how to locate your current position on the map before starting to navigate. I’ve followed yours longer than most, in part because it’s presented so engagingly…

    Ross,

This is the single most important piece of information I have heard that strikes a chord with my past approaches with women; and my personal goals. For years I have tried inculcating positive language, but never fully understood why my end responses were the same.

What are my options from here?

Damn Ross, so great explanation in this, as usual.

Glad to say I FINALLY started doing walkups. Always dreamt of doing this, and just released old tension to be able to do it. So far 5 walkups in 2 days.

One of the best explained videos I’ve seen. Frame of mind comes before the corrected action you take.

Kinda like “Look before you leap”. Or, the Six ‘P’s…(Perfect Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance)
