Nice stuff, ross. Love the candidness. Makes me laugh. I totally do Desperation mode at times (usually frames are calculated so I wouldn’t call desperation a frame, but it’s definitely a mode). I like the learning frame idea, but ultimately best “frame” is no frame. The “being Natural” frame is quality.

Good stuff. I recently started a discussion about “managing expectations”. A friend said he has no expectations, so it’s a pleasant surprise when anything good happens. I think I’m now aiming somewhere in between the two. Basically no expectations for a specific result, but definitely having a purpose and extracting information from the experience.

I will be responsible for breaking their heart when I move on””. — Look pal, after 50 years of listening to them chant ‘our bodies ourselves’, don’t you think it is about time we men give women their wish. Let them be fully responsible for their actions.

I like the “maximum information extraction” concept. Guys don’t realize they can just show up and be chill and extract info and that this works way better than showing up trying to convey higher value and doing a bunch of dumb PUA stuff. Ross, im sure you know the difference between looking in memory at yourself experiencing something and ACTUALLY going inside your own body and experiencing. This was the hardest part for me till now. I realized that when i am alone at night i think about ‘Troubling things’ and the only time i felt relief was when i DID THE EXACT PROCESSES YOU DESCRIBED but i had done them before i read your work. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THAT IT WAS A SYSTEM (LET ALONE A REPEATABLE ONE) UNTIL I MET YOU (err through your work). your SS techniques of re framing attitudes worked wonders for my fear of public speaking and for my fear of uncertain people interactions long before i read them and used them for relationships.
I am compelled to say to you THANK YOU.
Ross, some how i realize as i am typing that there is something beyond the obvious surface of the techniques. You show the ways and give understanding however i feel something more. Like the edge of a cliff where you fall upwards. School teaches us shit and we learn some useful things between the lines like a passion for learning or knowledge. but you teach these states and there is a greater “thing” between those ‘lines’ as well. I will find it and pattern it.
I want to change learning Ross. I will use your understanding to get it.
In the mean time, all i feel is gratitude. My quantum realities are now limitless to my will of which i align with god.

I think what you are experiencing is how I’ve systemized and made clear what is really going on, that was really going on outside of your conscious awareness, up until now.
As I’ve said, a big change(BIG) happens for people when they move from looking through their filters to being able to look AT their filters. And I’d add to that from only DOING their resources from time to time, to being aware of those resources and begin to practice polishing and refining those resources and discovering new ones.
Yes it really is about designing and waking up to a different level of consciousness, from which you can do all sorts of things that you never even thought about before. And that’s what SS, at its heart, really is all about: accessing a different level of consciousness and motivating you to do it by rewarding you with lots of pussy.
(Never underestimate the motivating force of pussy).
