Gain Inner Focus And Calm To Improve Your Sarge (Part 2)

Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

If you have not yet had opportunity to read Part 1, go back and do so now.

Now, let’s pick up right where we left off:

4) Take a long rest after this. Treat yourself well. Rest your mind. Rest for hours if need be.

5) Once rested(maybe later in the day or that night) then and ONLY then do your positive programming for how you would like to be, the ways you would like to feel about yourself, about people about others.

6) When you go out in public, note if the old self talk/images come up. Just let them flow if they do, don’t buy into it. If you feel a bit of the uncomfortable feeling flows, notice it, then REFOCUS YOUR ATTENTION elsewhere. Maybe on your feet or the feeling of your arms. Then REFOCUS YOUR ATTENTION outward on the other person/people.

Don’t try to control them. Don’t buy into them either. Notice with equanimity from where they flow. Get the “SRT” of the emotional flow. Notice the talk and images that come up. LOTS of related stuff to the issues at hand will probably flow up. Don’t buy into them. Just notice them as “volume”.

My point: don’t let your positive programming fight it out with your repressed feeling flows. I want you to, as far as possible, “carry clean” into your new transactions.

Can you be totally clean? NO WAY. Don’t even aim at it. But you can clean it up a lot. A LOT.

Between totally repressing or acting it out with people, there is a better way. THIS is it.

When you clean up like this, you give yourself a clean slate. You are no longer trying to “push” the patterns out through a wall of repressed fear, anxiety, resentment, etc. So they come out easier, they come out without the psychic over-force that is behind that push.

It’s probably that over-force – the raw mental power required by you to push them through that wall of bad feelings – that makes people feel overwhelmed. And that makes it hard to calibrate people’s responses.

It’s also tiring to resist feeling flows. It takes up psychic energy. That tiredness may cause you to push even harder.

When you truly let go and get out of your own way, you will reach a new stepping stone, because you aren’t trying to “push through”.
